Shipping Policy

Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy Shipment processing time All orders are processed within 4-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.  Charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes 

ComplianceFeed is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

ComplianceFeed is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

 

We currently do not ship outside the U.S. 

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Registrants may cancel up to two working days prior to the course start date -Live category only and will receive a letter of credit to be used towards a future course up to one year from date of issuance. ComplianceFeed would process/provide refund if the Live Webinar has been cancelled. The attendee could choose between the recorded version of the webinar or refund for any cancelled webinar. Refunds will not be given to participants who do not show up for the webinar. On-Demand Recordings can be requested in exchange. Charges may apply.

Webinar may be cancelled due to lack of enrolment or unavoidable factors. Registrants will be notified 24 hours in advance if a cancellation occurs. Substitutions can happen any time. Incase of a Force Majeure  or rescheduled event due to - natural disasters (floods, fire, storms) governmental or societal actions, and infrastructure failures reschedulement of the event would be decided, tickets and purchases would hold the same value for the next decided date as per variataint purchased. Ticket holders must comply as the above said instance is out of their control and can be deemed as Act Of God and no returns can be made. However a credit note can/may be issued for the above situation.

After the recorded access is distributed no refunds are accepted due the digital nature of the product.

The recorded access is sent to a registered email address no copying,transfer and transmission is allowed due to the intangible and digital nature of the link /product.

Upon request may be sent to another email based on a justified reason and policies may apply.

“Recorded Access” is defined as access to the latest edition of the recently held webinar.
